John's story

I'm John Hynds, and I run Hynds AI. Our motto is "Humans for purpose. AI for tasks."

CrewForge started with a buddy of mine who's been in the trades for years. He was sick of the software he was using, and sick of paying monthly fees every month regardless of how his business was going. If he wanted to grow, he had to pay those companies more to hire more techs.

So we built CrewForge together, around what his crew actually uses every day: scheduling, dispatch, messaging, invoicing into QuickBooks, and a way to update jobs from a crawl space with no signal.

Then we changed the business model. You pay a one-time fee to get on board. After that, there's no monthly subscription. A small fee per invoice keeps CrewForge running, and by default it goes on your customer's invoice. If you're in Cabo for two weeks and not invoicing, you're not paying. And we never charge you more for adding techs, because when you win, we win. To us, that's a partnership.
