A one-time onboarding fee, then a small Service Mgt Fee on every invoice you send ($0.79 / $0.69 / $0.49 by plan). That pays for hosting, updates, QuickBooks sync and support. By default the fee is added to your customer's invoice, so it nets out to $0 for you. You can split it or absorb it anytime.

What's the catch?
There isn't one. We earn per invoice instead of per month. The trade-off: a busy month means more fees, and by default your customers pay them on their invoices.
Is this a lifetime deal?
No. It's a one-time onboarding fee for a hosted service with no subscription. The per-invoice fee keeps the lights on.
Do I own the software?
You get access to CrewForge at your plan level with no subscription, and your data is yours. CrewForge is a hosted service, not a downloaded license.
What does it cost if I don't send any invoices?
