CrewForge works the other way: a one-time onboarding fee to get you set up, then a small Service Mgt Fee on each invoice you send. By default it's added to your customer's invoice, so when they pay, it's covered. Prefer to split it or absorb it? It's your call, per customer or per job. Is there really no monthly subscription?
Yes. You pay a one-time onboarding fee (Basic $499, Pro $899, Elite $1,299) and then a small fee per invoice. If you're not invoicing, you're not paying.
Who pays the per-invoice fee?
You decide. By default it's added to your customer's invoice as a "Service Mgt Fee" line, so it nets out to $0 for you. You can also split it or absorb it, per customer or per job. CrewForge bills you the fee on every invoice you send.
How many users can I add?
Unlimited, on every plan. No per-tech charges.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Yes, two-way sync is included on every plan.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
