How the math works
- Loaded wage = wage × (1 + labor burden %)
- Overhead per hour = monthly overhead ÷ (billable techs × billable hours per tech)
- Break-even = loaded wage + overhead per hour
- Target rate = break-even ÷ (1 − target margin %)
